A great site if you're looking for high-quality video game artwork. It has other stuff, too, but that's the main attraction.

The Spriters Resource
A great site with rips, edits, and custom sprites from various games.
The Shyguy Kingdom
Has a lot of games, and usually has relatively complete selections of sprites from them. It also has custom sprites.
Sprites INC.
THE website on the internet for sprites from the Megaman series. It also has a Castlevania section, but it isn't nearly as complete. It has quite a lot of things, though.
Background HQ
One of the best places to find backgrounds from games to use in your sprite comics. Also provides a very nice selection of Final Fantasy Tactics sprites. They did this mainly because sprites from that game are hard to come by.

NickCiske.com's Binary Translator
A fun site that lets you translate normal text to binary and back. Also has hex and octal translators.
